Chapter 211: Cameron’s Hatred
Cameron found this scene eerily familiar. The first time she confronted Julia, she was like this, too, clutching her stomach and looking like she was on the brink of death.
Was she really resorting to the same act again? Couldn’t she come up with something new? She couldn’t help but snort in disdain.
Cameron had long since analyzed Julia’s tactics for such situations. She believed she could win if she could lie down faster than her opponent.
With this in mind, Cameron didn’t waste more time and decisively delivered a hard slap to her face. She used all her acting skills, draining her energy as she forced a trickle of blood from the corner of her mouth.
Then, with a loud cry of “Ah!” she collapsed.
The commotion drew immediate attention from everyone present. Upon seeing Julia’s pale and agonized appearance, Jared’s heart leaped into his throat, and he rushed to Julia’s side.
“Cameron!” Yannie hurried over, a mix of worry and distress evident in her voice as she helped. Cameron to her feet.
“Are you okay?” Jared and Yannie simultaneously expressed their concerns.
Cameron choked back tears, attempting to explain, “Godmother, I’m fine… Please don’t blame Julia. We just had a minor misunderstanding. I’ll clear it up with her later.”
Yannie looked at the blood at the corner of Cameron’s mouth and the swollen half of her face that looked like a steamed bun, and anger instantly rushed to her forehead. Turning back suddenly, she looked at Julia with fierce eyes.
“You’ve done a good job! You’re still pretending! Do you think everyone is blind? You think you’ll be believed if you do this. Didn’t you slap yourself?”
Julia could no longer respond to Yannie’s words, and his ears were buzzing, making it hard to hear. Clenching her teeth in pain, dense sweat oozes from her smooth forehead, and her lower abdomen hurts so much that it seems no longer his own.
“Stop pretending! You’re still pretending-” Yannie’s words were abruptly cut short as she noticed blood trickling down Julia’s leg.
The vivid crimson hue starkly contrasted with Julia’s fair skin, creating a shocking scene that left everyone speechless.
Cameron stood there in stunned silence, unable to comprehend what she witnessed.
“Julia!” Jared’s deep voice trembled with concern and worry, impossible to conceal. Without a second thought, he scooped Julia up into his arms horizontally.
“Don’t be afraid. I’ll take you to the hospital!” Jared wanted to walk fast but didn’t dare to run. He was afraid that if he walked fast, Julia would feel uncomfortable. He ambled because he was scared of delaying Julia’s condition.
When Jared was walking while carrying Julia, he said, “Joseph, drive!”
Joseph didn’t dare to delay, so he ran over quickly, opened the door, got in the car, and put on his seat belt. After Jared got into the car, he directly put Julia on his lap and used it as a cushion for Julia. The purpose was to make Julia more comfortable.
After the car drove away, Cameron watched with a dumbfounded look, unable to recover for a long time. Yannie’s expression was different from Cameron’s.

It was all in vain, and she was still under suspicion. Yannie was waiting for an explanation.
“G–godmother…” Cameron stammered, struggling to find the right words.
“Do
you still want to claim that Julia slapped you?” Yannie continued to furrow her brow, scrutinizing Cameron.
“Yes. No! What I m–mean…” Cameron was at a loss for words.
“I’m tired. You can go back. Today’s birthday celebration isn’t over yet,” Yannie said, rubbing her temples as she walked back into the villa, clearly with a headache.
Cameron anxiously stomped her feet, cursing Julia’s ancestors in her heart back to eighteen generations.
“Julia! We’re not finished!” Cameron shouted, but her voice cracked in pain as she had exerted too much force, causing her face to contort.
Frustrated, Cameron’s phone rang at that moment. She pulled it out and saw that the call was from Jordan.
“Ugh, so annoying!” Cameron didn’t want to answer, so she disconnected the call.
Shortly after, she received a message from Jordan.
“Tonight at eleven o’clock, I’ll be waiting for you home. I was hoping you could wear the outfit I bought for you, lie down, and wait for me. Today is the last time.”
Cameron’s eyes burned with anger as she read the message.
Just last month, she had inexplicably ended up in Jordan’s room, where he had secretly recorded her and coerced her into agreeing to be with him for an entire month. She had endured a hellish existence during the past month, and now she understood why the girls who had been with

In other words, her identity was her shield, and Jordan should have exercised more caution. Otherwise, she might meet the same fate as those unfortunate girls.
However, despite her privileged position, she was covered in injuries, enduring excruciating pain in her lower body, and relying on medication to survive. Throughout this ordeal, she racked her brain to figure out who she had offended.
After careful consideration, there was only one person who fit the criteria.
Julia.
The timing was uncanny. Right after Cameron had sent Maddie to Jordan’s room, she had become the target of such a grim experience. She couldn’t fathom it being Henry’s doing.
Although Henry was Maddie’s man, with Henry’s methods, he would not send her to Jordan to let her suffer all the humiliation if she reported it openly.
Therefore, the only person who can do this is Julia.
“Julia! Julia! Just wait. Your retribution will come soon! I will make you pay!”
Cursing Julia in her mind, Cameron had a very vicious idea in his mind. She wanted to return everything she had suffered in the past month to Julia.
On their way to the hospital, Julia had already regained some consciousness. Jared freed fingers and gently pressed on her lower abdomen.
