Chapter 186: Jared Remembers What Happened on a Rainy Night
Alcohol had become one with Julia’s soul as anger rose in her heart. She pushed Jared away and broke free from his embrace. Since the man was trying to prevent her from undoing the buttons, she pulled hard instead.
In a quick second, all the buttons disappeared and were undone.
“Oh goodness” Henry breathed and quickly put down the rear seat baffle.
While they were inside the car, a sudden light rain emerged and began hitting the roof and the windshield of the vehicle. And not even minutes later, the wind became harsher, and the seemingly light rain became moderate.
The clatter of the raindrops occupied their ears. Henry heaved a sigh of relief after hearing the rapid and intensive rain. He was thankful not because he liked it but because somehow, in that way, the sounds from the backseat of the car were blocked.
Also, fortunately, they arrived at the place. As soon as Henry parked the car, he rushed to the villa in the middle of the pouring rain.
“Where’s my brother?” Shiloh looked suspiciously at the car in the yard.
“Your brother is inside, but don’t look,” Henry warned him while wiping the water streaming down his face.
Shiloh was even more puzzled. He tried to peek inside, but Henry blocked his sight. “Then won’t he come down? I have an umbrella here if he’s afraid to get soak.”
“Wait-” Henry reached out and grabbed Shiloh, “I said don’t even dare to look, or else you’ll regret what you’ll see.”
Shiloh halted and glanced back at Henry. For a moment, he was stunned, and his pupils dilated. But his curiosity still got him because, after a while, he found himself looking inside the car.
“Julia is… with him?”
“Hmm-” Henry shrugged.
Upon hearing what the man had said, Shiloh’s mouth gaped. Then, silently, he put down his umbrella and returned to the mansion. He entered the living room, sat on the sofa, and watched. the television.
Meanwhile, inside the car, Jared clasped Julia’s disobedient hand tightly with his big palm. The skinship helped them with the temperature. It didn’t help that the woman kept on moving.
As Jared’s breathing hitched, Julia continued moving, and for that reason, the temperature inside the room rose more. Their eyes were locked, and their skin burned even though it was cold due to the rain.
The scene seemed like a movie as thunders struck the land. Their little moment was interrupted, making him glance out the car window. There, he saw the heavy rain followed by lightning and thunder. This scene gave him an indescribably familiar feeling.
All those sounds filled their ears–the groaning thunders. And as time passed by, Jared felt nostalgic. Suddenly, something came to his mind.
It was one rainy night in a seemingly weird dream where there was a girl who uttered a simple “yes” to him. He almost lost his sanity; he thought he would go mad. Altogether, with the lightning, thunders, and even the raging storm, the woman was ravaged til she reached the heavens.

The more he recalled that the more it was getting real and real, especially when he was now with Julia in her ragged clothes, showing a bit of what she was hiding underneath: her perfection.
Now that his dreams and reality connected and intersected as two universes collided, it was getting difficult to tell what was true or not.
Jared was preoccupied with that thought but was stunned when he saw something in the corner of his eye. Suddenly, he was attracted by the red mole she had 5cm below Julia’s navel.
“This red mole-”
་་
Why was it the same as in his dream?
‘Is that a mere dream? How can my dream turn into reality? Is it… His train of thought was stopped as he grasped it all in his head. His pupils dilated while chuckling.
“So it’s all true.”
Jared lowered his head and darted at Julia, lying in his arms. His brows were furrowed tightly, which drove him into madness because of so much joy.
“You have been hiding it from me for so long?”
‘Then why did she hide it from me?‘ He thought, but then again, he could guess the reason.
That night, it was probably because of the situation’s urgency that the girl made such a decision without thinking about it.
The situation must be like how he imagined it; the moment Julia regained her sense, knowing she didn’t feel the same, she decided not to confess that they had a one–night affair.
Just when Jared thought so, Julia struggled desperately in his arms again.
“Let go of me. I felt so hot to death!”
Whenever Julia got drunk, she always wanted to take off her clothes and would instead herself in a silky quilt. That way, she could have a good night’s sleep.

Still struggling because of Jared’s tight embrace, she tried to push the man away, but to no avail.
“Don’t move! If you move again… don’t blame me for what I’m about to do.”
Initially, Jared’s patience was long, and he could endure such enticement. Still, upon realizing and remembering what happened between them one rainy night, all that patience was thrown out of the window. His worldly desires were awakened, and he might take the prey for himself anytime. Julia couldn’t break free either, half–opening her misty and intoxicated starry eyes, slightly frowning her crescent eyebrows, pursing her lips, and calling out to Jared softly.
“Jared…” Her sultry and hoarse voice almost took Jared’s soul away.
His body stiffened, and his eyes widened while staring at Julia, who was still in between the warmness of his arms.
If Julia were sober, then she would see how his pupils trembled. His breathing hitched, and he lowered his body closer to the woman.
“You… did you just mumble my name?” Not only mumble his name but in the most seductive voice
ever.
Although Julia was very drunk, her subconscious mind told her that using that voice would give her what she wanted.
“Jared…” She repeated what she did earlier while craning her neck to get closer to his ear, and then he continued, “Let go of me, hmm?”

At that point, Jared had wholly reached the boiling point.
“Fuck,” he cussed, and his jaw clenched. “You just seduced me on your own, now face its consequences.” After saying that, Jared let go of Julia’s hand.
As soon as Julia was freed from the man’s embrace, she turned around to fully uncloth herself and leaned on the back of the seat, already comfortable.
“I’m going to sleep,” she muttered with closed eyes.
But it was already too late for her to comfortably laze around because the second she closed her eyes, Jared, whose patience no longer existed, pressed her down.
Meanwhile, Henry stood at the door and looked towards the car. He shook his head when he saw movements from the inside. “Really… I feel sorry for his car; I wonder if it’s still working tomorrow now that two wild animals are inside.”
Shiloh glanced at Henry speechlessly. When he glanced over, he saw how the car moved as if a magnitude 12 earthquake had hit it. He shook his head in disbelief, and the corners of his mouth. twitched even more. •
“Just leave them alone. Don’t stay here watching the car and close the door already.”
Upon hearing what he said, Henry withdrew his gaze and scrutinized Shiloh judgingly with a teasing smile. “Now, I understand why you’re single.”
Shiloh was immediately offended when he heard Henry’s comment about his relationship status. “Aren’t you the same? I know a lot of things, too! Julia’s friend, Maddie, is pregnant with your child, but look what happened. She doesn’t even wanna talk to you.”
“Nah, you’re wrong! She’s not pregnant with a single child, but with my three children,” he uttered and smirked.
Henry happily took three oranges from the table and put them near his tummy, indicating something. All that Shiloh did was shake his head out of the embarrassment he got from his
actions.
Shiloh ground his molars quickly, removing the orange from Henry’s belly.
“Don’t touch my child!” Henry complained, playing around.
However, Shiloh didn’t care and peeled off the orange before he stuffed them into his mouth. “This is my orange,” he said vaguely.
That was when Henry raised his eyebrows. He took another orange from the plate and put it near his belly again. There were three in total, as if he was symbolizing that the three were his babies–his future family.
Shiloh stuffed the orange into his mouth in one gulp. It was already sour, but now that he was witnessing the man’s weirdness, it became even worse.
At that time, Henry peeked at the time and then looked at the car outside once again.
“It’s only been half an hour, and with Jared’s stamina, I know he’s just starting.”
Speaking of which, Henry let out a sleepy chuckle.
“I’m going upstairs first. I’ll call my wife. Stay here and get grossed out by those two.”
Shiloh picked up an orange from the plate and threw it at Henry. Just in time, Henry turned around and caught it.
“Thank you,” Henry said jokingly and turned around to return to the room. That was when he

called Maddie.
On the other hand, Shiloh was left alone in the living room. He bitterly looked upstairs for a while before he glanced outside and finally shouted angrily, “You hungry dogs!”
The following day, Julia was dumbfounded when she woke
