“Mr. Smith, you’re here.”
Tonight, the project launch ceremony of Gray Corporation was organized by Peter, and before this, they had contacted Smith Corporation and received the reply that Mark was on a business trip and would not attend tonight’s launch ceremony.
Now that they learned Mark had come, Peter Gray personally came to receive him.
“Mr. Gray.”

Peter didn’t notice his distraction and gestured toward the large square outside the banquet hall “Mr. Smith, the project launch ceremony is about to start. Please follow me to the front.

Mark calmly withdrew his gaze from Mae’s face and followed Peter, his indifferent expression tinged
with distraction.
Peter didn’t invite Jennifer along, so she naturally wouldn’t impose herself and follow. However, watching Mark’s back, she felt somewhat aggrieved.
She had worked so hard to show herself to him, hoping he would pay more attention to her, was that so difficult?

Mae, do you think that now that you’ve come back, you still have a chance to return to Mark’s side?

“Mr. Foster.”

After Aaron and Peter left, Jean looked at Aaron’s back and said, “This Aaron Foster looks gentle and easy to talk to, much better than your dog ex–husband.”

“Why are you bringing up Mark again for no reason?”
Mae’s delicate eyebrows lightly furrowed as she looked at the gold–lettered name on the business card, not knowing what she was thinking, her eyes flashing with a hint of gold.
“Of course, I’m afraid that you, as an uncooperative person, will rekindle your old feelings for that dog
of Mark.”
Jean’s voice sounded annoyed. Without waiting for Mae to speak, she continued, “Come on, I heard that Peter’s project this time is amazing. If it’s successful, not only domestically but also internationally, it could become a leading force.”
As Jean said, this time’s project led by Gray Corporation was huge and played a vital role in Gray Corporation’s further development. Peter attached great importance to it.
The people invited to attend the project launch ceremony were all influential figures in politics and business.
“Our latest development is an almost human–level intelligent robot. In addition to performing most of the functions of robots on the market, it can also provide personal protection for the owner. One of the project leaders carefully introduced the new intelligent robot developed by Gray Corporation.
No matter how much knowledge about artificial intelligence the people present had, just listening to this introduction left them incredulous.
