Chapter 715
Kaylee stood still, and it took a while before she realized the mess she had made.
She loosened her grip, and the teapot fell to the ground, adding to the chaos. People were calling for an ambulance and contacting the hospital. Leonard was taken to the restroom to rinse with cold water; no one noticed her.
Kaylee’s face turned pale. She took a few steps back and ran back to her private room.
Celeste was no longer feigning drunkenness. She wanted to provoke Kaylee but underestimated her impulsiveness.
She actually threw boiling water at people.
If it wasn’t for Leonard blocking it, most of the water would’ve splashed on her face and body.
Leonard’s neck was severely burned; even though he quickly rinsed it with cold water, blisters still formed, and his back was also red and swollen, looking horrifying.
As a celebrity, his face is his livelihood, and now that he’s been burned, Celeste can only regret that she shouldn’t have provoked Kaylee.
The noise outside soon reached Liam’s room.
Skyler frowned. “What’s going on outside? Why is it so noisy?”
Kaylee’s face was pale, and her hands were trembling.
Liam glanced at her, then suddenly stood up and said, “I’ll go check.”
Kaylee’s back stiffened, her grip tightening around the cup.
Claire also stood up and said, “Liam, I’ll go with you.”
Before Liam could answer, Skyler said, “Go ahead, get some fresh air; it’s a bit stuffy in here.”
Liam didn’t answer, he just walked out of the room, followed closely by Claire.
Kaylee was restless.
She always acted impulsively and only regretted it afterward.
The person who was splashed with boiling water seemed to be a celebrity, and this incident may not be easy to resolve.
Once Liam went out, he’ll know who she was trying to splash.
She had a feeling that her brother wouldn’t let her off the hook.
Thinking of this, Kaylee suddenly stood up.

As she spoke, Kaylee picked up her bag and said, “I’m leaving.”
After saying that, without waiting for Skyler’s answer, she quickly left the room.
Skyler muttered confusedly, “What’s with the rush?”
Just as Liam left the room, he saw a crowd gathering in the hallway.
They were mainly gathered around the restroom.
Liam assumed someone had drunk too much; he casually glanced over, then suddenly stopped in his tracks.
Over by the bathrooms, Celeste was standing in the middle of the crowd, her face pale and her eyebrows furrowed. Mason was leaning in close to her, his mouth moving, but it was unclear what he was saying.
“Isn’t that Mason?”
Claire whispered.
Liam pursed his lips, but before he could get very far, he was stopped. “Are you from booth 303?”
Liam glanced at the man, who appeared to be a staff member of the hotel, then nodded his head.
“A woman from your booth spilled hot water on a guest from 302. The guest has called the police, and we’re here to assist them in notifying you.”
Liam’s face changed slightly, and then he quickly walked over to Celeste. He tightly grabbed her wrist, anxiously looking her over. “Where did she splash you?
