Chapter 12
Aliza pov
The nurse shows me inside a room and hands me a cup to pee in before she walks out and lever me alone standing in the room and looking at the cup.
Looking at the toilette door I walk over and open the door, best to get this over with!
When I’m done I place the cup on the sink and wash my hands before walking back out to the room, it doesn’t take long until the nurse comes back inside and heads right over to the toilet, he walks out with the cup in her hand.
“The doctor will be in here in just a minute!’ the nurse says right before she opens the door and head out. I don’t know where to go and what to do, feeling a bit nervous I start to pace around in the room for a bit and just try to hold myself together.
There is a knock on the door before it’s opened and the doctor walks inside with a folder in her hands, she introduces herself when she closes the door.
“Take a seat!” she says and points to the examining bed in the room, taking a look at it before I slowly walk over and cake a seat on the edge and wait for her to begin..

“Now tell me Aliza what’s your problem!” She says and I take a deep breath before I look down at my hands in my lap and begin.
“I where intimate with a guy and I’m worried he has infected me with a disease!” I say and feel embarrassed by this whole thing, I don’t even want to think about him.
She looks at me for a moment before she goes back to her papers and reads them for a bit.
“Tell me why do you think that?” she says and looks up at me from the papers.
“It was two weeks ago when I spend the night with him and I had a small bleeding last week, since then I have had these stomach cramps like I have when my period is about to start. It has been going on for almost a week now!” I say and keep my eyes on her when she writes down something in the folder before she closes it and looks at me.
“Well, your test shows you are pregnant! and the bleeding you have experienced was probably from the egg when it attached, the cramps you are feeling are from the womb growing” she says and the moment the words slip from her lips my heart takes one hard extra beat, that’s not possible!
“No, I can’t be!” I say in shock while I try to process what she just said.
“But you are! And you know how babies are made?” she asks and I just look at her with my mouth slightly hanging onen My head is going through every possible way this

could ever have happened, but I know for sure I have never missed a day on my pills.
Shaking my head at her before I manage to speak again.
“I haven’t missed a day on my pills, always take them on time every day!” I say when she looks puzzled at me.
“What’s the name of the pills?” she asks me and I can’t remember the name at all right now.
“I don’t know!” I say and just remember I brought the box with me here, I got a feeling I should bring them here today and I’m glad I did!
“Wait! I brought the box!” I say and take it out from the pocket of my jacket and hand it over to her.
She looks at the box for some time before she opens it and takes it out and looks at the pills, she is quiet for all too long before she starts dragging her nail at the edge and it comes right off.
“These ones have been tampered with, there is something else!” she says and it’s like someone has punched me in my stomach.
“How?” I ask more to myself than her and try to process this whole thing when she takes a pill and looks at it before she takes out the rest of the pills and lay them on the tray to look closer at them. She is silent for the longest time and I have nothing I want to say at the moment.

“I know these once!” I hear her say and take out another set of pills and look at them, I haven’t started on that set yet.
“I need to get the nurse back inside here and we have to run some tests on you!” she says and I’m too shocked to say anything, just sitting there and looking at her when she places the pills down and starts to walk towards the door.
She opens the door and I follow her with my eyes when she gets out, the only sound in the room when I’m left alone is the ticking clock on the wall. Turning my head to look at it the only thing I manage to do is look at the seconds
passing, my mind is a mess and I can’t focus when they come back into the room.
What am I supposed to do if I’m pregnant with his child and all alone?
“We need to take some blood from you!” the doctor says and starts to help me get my jacket off, no words can be formed on my lips and I just let them do what they need to.
I have almost no money or any family here, how am I supposed to work with a child on the way and where will I live once it’s born?
My mind is a complete mess when I feel the needle in my arm, I don’t flinch or am bothered by it at all.
“It will be done in a moment!” the nurse says when she places a pad on my arm for me to hold but I can’t move. The doctor sees my struggle and holds it for me when I see

“I understand you are shocked by all this and since you are a wolf in a human town I guess you are a rogue and without a family, I want you to know I’m here by your side the whole time and we will figure this out together but there is
something we have to talk about!” she says and what else could it be?
“What is it?” I ask and turn to look at her when she has a
frown on her face.
“The pills you have been taking are tampered with and not only haven’t you been on any pills to prevent a pregnancy, but they have also even done the opposite!’ she says and not a word she is saying makes any sense.
“What?” I only say
“The ones who have tampered with them have even gone to the extreme and given you pills to increase your chances to drop more fertile eggs than one!” she says and takes my hand in hers.
