After Freya finished her breakfast, she put the photos Sylvia had given her into her bag and hurriedly left
the house.
She was extra cautious when driving as she was seven months pregnant.

Inside the Joint Department, it was bustling with activity.
Freya walked straight ahead and saw Radley sitting in front of Brandon’s office, conversing while having tea. She could not make out what they were talking about.
She lightly tapped on the glass door.
Brandon looked up and waved to Freya, and she entered the room when she saw Brandon.
“What were you two talking about, Master?”
“We were discussing some historical aspects of tenon-mortise.” Brandon glanced at Radley with interest.
Freya furrowed her brow. There seemed to be something between these two that she didn’t know.
Before she could ponder further, Radley stood up and said, “Come, let’s talk in my office.”
Freya opened her bag and said, “Wait a moment.”
She took a thick stack of photos from her bag and handed them to Brandon.
“What’s this?”
“Master, you’ve been looking for a house, right? These are most of the houses currently for sale in Caltun.” Freya recalled what her mother had said. “There might be some omissions, but most of them are here.”
Brandon looked at the thick stack of photos and was stunned.
Freya smiled. “There are some codes on the back. If you like the exterior and the view of any of them, just give me the code, and I’ll send you the design and interior images later.”
After saying that, she hurriedly followed Radley and left.
Brandon’s office fell silent, and he gazed at the pile of photos on his desk.
He picked them up and looked through each one.
His eyes started to well up. His disciple truly exceeded his expectations. He had not expected Freya would remember his mere mention of looking for a house.
Freya followed Radley to his office.

Freya asked with anticipation, “Did Wilson really agree?
“He did, but the contract isn’t signed yet. After all, it’s a collaboration between our two families. We’ll go to
Ronald Manor together the day after tomorrow to sign the agreement,” Radley replied.
He took out a stack of documents from a drawer. “As for the collaboration between our two families, I’ve outlined the profit-sharing ratio here.”
Freya still had some worries in her heart. After all, until the contract was signed, many changes could
occur.
But for now, she took the profit-sharing proposal handed over by Radley.

Freya closed the proposal, and her brows slightly furrowed.

Radley had no objections.

now.”
Freya did not leave the Joint Department. Instead, she headed to Brandon’s office.
Brandon had already packed the thick stack of photos into a small bag. He intended to take them home to his wife so she could choose the house she liked.
Seeing Freya enter, he greeted her. “You’re done already? That was quick.”
“Not much to do.” Freya smiled.
She walked to a corner of the room and picked up a few small pieces of wood from a half-meter-tall
barrel.
Then she sat at the table, holding a wood carving knife, and slowly attempted to make a small wardrobe.
Brandon glanced at Freya and said, “Your hands are unsteady today. Maybe you shouldn’t do it.”
“Are my hands unsteady?” Freya paused for a moment.
“When the heart is unsteady, the hands become unsteady,” Brandon replied.
Freya furrowed her brows.

After the recent seminar, the whole of Caltun was spreading rumors that she was pregnant with Radley’s. child.

Freya decided not to persist with the woodworking.
She sighed and turned to look at Brandon. “Master, what do you do when you feel uneasy while working. on something?”
“If the heart is uneasy, then don’t do it. In your young folks’ words, keep calm and take a break.” Brandon chuckled.
Freya lazily stretched and asked, “But how long should the break last?”
“Until your heart finds peace. No matter what it is, there will always be a day when you get the results you need,” Brandon replied.
Freya pursed her lips. She felt that her life was already good.
Her mother was loving, and her brother doted on her.
Through the glass door, Freya saw the door to Radley’s office open not far away.
She got up, grabbed her bag, and left the Joint Department.
It was 11 p.m. when Freya drove back to Kaufmann Residence.
The house was quiet. Freya asked the maid and realized her mother had gone to a gathering.
Normally, when her mother and brother went out, they would not return until the afternoon.
Perhaps her mother felt bored and wanted to go out to pass the time.
