For an instant, he heard a whisper from his ear, making the man stop moving.
As Julia heard it too, she brought her eyes to the man.
Meanwhile, the man covered his body motionless and froze without doing anything.
Julia was about to say something to ease the embarrassment. Yet, the man had moved his body up and headed straight to the bathroom without responding.
As soon as the shower slowly turned on, the water fell to the man’s body and the floor, making it heard from the outside.
Meanwhile, Julia sat, moving her gaze to the bathroom. She didn’t want to get inside, guessing the man was taking a cold shower.
All of a sudden, she freaked out. She looked down at her body, realizing her clothes were ragged. It was the same as white paper being crumpled up.
Well, the man only took advantage of her, almost all of them. If she hadn’t bit his shoulder, she probably would have hit a home run.
Julia moved her hand up and touched her lower abdomen. Her womb had still been growing for a month now. If ever there was something wrong to happen, it would affect the fetus within her.

With a sigh, Julia rubbed her temples, oblivious to what was happening to her. Even if she didn’t have a fetus, she was still so moved by Jared’s actions. Still, it would be too unfair for Jared as she was with another man in such a vague way.
Next time, she aimed to be more clear–headed and wouldn’t want to overthink to rule her just because of another person’s appearance.
Julia only had scratched her head. Afterward, she lay down on the bed. When she closed her eyes. running water inside the bathroom was heard.
Though the door was supposed to be soundproof, she shouldn’t be able to hear it. It didn’t sound that loud, but she found it disturbing that she couldn’t even slumber. Her thoughts would wander around the room. She was too upset.
Minutes later, the sound of that running water halted. Julia remained lying on the bed, didn’t even move to pretend she was in deep sleep.
Later, the bathroom door being pushed open to the inside was heard. That still made Julia breathe evenly as much as possible, even trying to pretend she was soundly asleep.
As the minute passed, Julia heard footsteps approaching near the bed slowly, as if the man didn’t want to disturb her fake deep slumber.
The man’s careful attention slowly won her heart.
Like what they said, being touched didn’t mean it was a feeling. She could be called a scumbag agreeing to be with a man.
Meanwhile, Jared stood at the side of the bed, intently staring at the woman lying on the bed. “What a heartless little goblin,” muttered Jared and continued. “This is so uncomfortable, but you have already fallen asleep.”
After uttering that, Jared leaned down and held Julia’s mouth. Right after he created a sound, he let go and lay back on the bed.

After doing it, he slowly placed her head on his arms, hugged her, closed his eyes, and went to sleep.
Meanwhile, Julia, who kept pretending to be asleep, did her best to control her emotions and didn’t even let her heart almost skip its beat, and helped make the man build suspicions that she wasn’t even sleeping.
In the past, men also had kissed her, even doing that in a secretive way. However, that was all superficial. It wasn’t like sucking jelly–like before, making her numb until then, as if he had been electrified.
Julia remembered what he had said, telling her how she slept soundly and how he endured it himself. Was it because he did such shameful things to her?
Upon thinking about that, Julia fell asleep without even realizing it. She wondered if he did such a thing to her last night before she woke up.
Overthinking about the matter stressed her and even gave her a headache. Before accusing someone without clear evidence, she could have asked him directly to know it.
Inquiring about the matter would have made him believe she was sleeping last night.
Julia thought, ‘I better pretend not to know or at least be confused.‘”
“Good morning,” Julia said and pretended to sound more natural, greeting him.
“Morning,” Jared responded, his eyes falling on Julia’s chest and mouth at the side.
Meanwhile, Julia saw where Jared’s eyes landed, making her complain about why he was doing

As Julia thought about it, Jared raised her hand and placed it toward her chest.

In the subway or inside the bus, Jared’s hand pressed against someone’s chest would probably be scolded or called for having playful hands. The good thing was that he had a magnetic allure that captivated anyone and wouldn’t have a hint of indecency.
As Julia blinked and found that Jared’s hands were about to touch her chest top, he stopped moving his hands.
That made Julia sigh with relief.
Fortunately, he stopped doing it at that time. Otherwise, she would be oblivious about dealing with it with him.
“About the little Jade Statue. Pay me back first.” Out of the blue, Jared said.
“What do you mean? Little Jade Statue, what?!” Julia blinked, moving her eyes down at her chest.
Would that mean that she just misunderstood him? Jared eventually didn’t want to take advantage of her, but rather did such a thing for the little Jade Statue.
For an instant, Julia took the little Jade Statue out of her clothes. “Didn’t we agree to return it to you in a year?”

That little Jade Statue was originally a token of love that Juju had given to Jared.
It was one of the reasons Jared couldn’t give it to others easily. And Juju’s death anniversary was approaching, so it would be too outrageous if she kept wearing it.
Julia also thought of it as a problem all along.
During that period, Juju kept on visiting her in her dream. And what she had just dreamed of seemed to be accurate. As she kept thinking about that matter, she realized that it wasn’t just a dream but had happened in the past.
She used to think that she might be the child next to Juju.
But now…. Juno…That child was Juno….
If that was the case, then who was she? Why did she have a dream about Juju?
That was a bold idea. She once thought about it.

Because of that, Julia immediately took out her mobile phone and looked at it. It was a message from Randel.
Randel: [When will you arrive? So that I can prepare it in advance.]
Upon reading it, Julia patted her forehead. She had forgotten that she had made an appointment with Randel to visit his home to see the doctor.
As she kept thinking about Juno and Randel, a familiar figure appeared and lingered in her mind..

“I’m already here.” Julia sent that message to Randel.
Randel: [Oh, I have an online conference. But don’t worry, it will end soon. For now, you can come in by yourself. The door password is….”
As soon as those words were said, Julia entered the password for an instant and went in.
As soon as she stepped inside the villa, Julia’s eyes broadened. She seemed to be astounded by what she had just found out.
