When Jennifer heard the word “actress“, her heart was still angry. After all, she was also a popular actress in the entertainment industry, but knowing that they were scolding Mae, she did not express her dissatisfaction.
Hearing them praise her and say that she was a good match for Mark, the dissatisfaction in his heart was instantly replaced by joy.
She shyly lowered her head and then looked at Mark affectionately.
Mark did not make eye contact with her at all.
“Mark. President Mark.”
When they saw Mark suddenly walk in front of them, they were a little stunned.
“You guys seem to be very interested in my personal affairs. Do you need me to sit down and share my experience with you?”

They could faintly feel that President Mark seemed angry because they were scolding Mae.
No, it must be an illusion. President Mark hated Mae so much that he even divorced her. With a confidante like Jennifer by his side, how could he be standing for Mae?
“Jennifer, are you alright? Did Mae hurt you?”
Jennifer was encircled by her younger sisters as they anxiously questioned her.

Jennifer smiled generously. She was a good person, and it did not affect everyone’s eyesight.
Seeing Mark walk towards her, the smile on Jennifer’s face became brighter. “Mark, if you hadn’t stopped me, I would have fallen. Don’t be mad at Mae. She didn’t do it on purpose.
“She didn’t do anything on purpose; you did.”
Mark interrupted Jennifer’s words with a hint of coolness.
The corner of Jennifer’s smiling mouth suddenly froze. “Mar…Mark, what are you talking about?”
“You pinched her.”
Mark’s words were concise and to the point. Jennifer’s face suddenly paled.
“Mark, what nonsense are you talking about? What have I done this time?”
The people around them had not completely dispersed. Mark’s loud words fell into the ears of everyone. The eyes of the people who were still angry with her and even scolded Mae with righteous Indignation instantly changed.
Seeing how these people looked at her, Jennifer panicked. “Mark, you misunderstood me. I didn’t pinch her.”
“You are misreading the situation. Do you need me to bring it to your rememberance?”
Mark raised his hand and pointed to the monitor above his head. Jennifer’s face instantly turned pale
when she saw it.
It turned out that the place she and Mae were standing was right under the surveillance camera. The high–definition camera could very possibly capture her pinching Mae’s movements.
If they wanted to call it out, the scene would only become more awkward.
Her expression changed from green to red. She did not expect that Mark would slap her in the face in public.
Could it be that she didn’t even deserve this dignity in his heart?
