“What on earth are you thinking about while driving? Dreaming about Russel?” Neil had no intention of leaving. He leaned on the car window and stared at me with cold and mocking eyes.
“He’s my boyfriend. It’s normal to miss him.”
Neil scoffed, “Already head over heels for him?”
“Jealous much? Aren’t you afraid your girlfriend will find out?” I was a bit moody, and my words were laced with sarcasm, “Oh, right. She’s too busy scheming to ruin our family.”
Neil raised an eyebrow, “Are you scared of her?”
“She’s smart and resourceful. Plus, she’s got you, her manipulative boyfriend to back her up. Why wouldn’t I be?” I pushed the car door open.
Neil finally let go, and I got out of the car.
Neil was driving a Bentley today. Luckily, I was driving slowly near my house, so I only scratched the paint a little
After checking, I asked Neil, “How do you want to handle this?”
“Shouldn’t I be asking you that? Neil touched the scratched tail of my car There seemed to be a crack in the light, too
“Do you want the insurance company to handle it, or do you want to settle this privately?”-

I didnt care. I got back into the car and parked it in front of my house. My car needed to be fixed too
However, I bought this affordable sedan specifically for work. The repair fee shouldn’t be too expensive.
Just as I got home, my dad asked, “Did Neil move next door? I didn’t see him when I got home, but I recognized his car. Is it him?”
“Yes.”I nodded.
“That cheeky brat! My dad suddenly ran out with a broom from our yard, storming towards Neil’s villa.
My dad’s temper was really something, especially when it came to me. He cared a lot.
I quickly caught up with him and dragged him back home.
“Dad, what are you doing?” I asked helplessly
“I want to ask him what the hell he’s thinking. Is he doing this on purpose?” Dad was nothing like his usual composed, scholarly self. He was like an old man who’d lost his marbles.
I patted his chest to calm him down, “Dad, let’s not stoop down to his level. I’ve told Mom that if he really starts harassing me, I’ll move out. He won’t be
able to find me”
My dad took a deep breath, “I heard he’s getting engaged to that Bonnie?*
“Yes, so there’s no need to worry.” I answered.
‘Bonnie is not a good person.” Dad frowned, “She’s trying to get Finn out of jail, but I’ve arranged for someone to keep an eye on him. There’s no way he’s getting out!”
Finn had already turned himself in, and Bonnie was still trying to help him escape?
It seemed like she was really afraid that Finn wouldn’t be able to handle the pressure and would spill her secrets
I sighed, “It’s not just about helping Finn. She and her godmother even started a company called StarGlow Enterprises. Their main business is exactly the same as ours, and their office is even near our headquarters.”

Stella, Alicia, and Barbara all called me. Their messages were pretty much the same.
