Celeste threw him a punch, “I came with Mr. Fletcher, I at least owe him a heads up.”
Liam seemed pretty cheesed off but begrudgingly followed her back to the venue.
There were games for the newlyweds at the wedding that was already set in stone, and all their buddies were supposed to join in.
Liam couldn’t take off, and she felt it would be a drag to leave alone, so they ended up deciding to stick around.
Mason had just been called out to prep game props with the groom’s buddies.
Mason saw that Celeste wasn’t thrilled and gently said, “The games are fun, you won’t be bored. If you really don’t want to go, I can tell Lyman Rowley to take you home first
“No need,” Celeste glanced at Liam and said, I’ve already agreed to help you. I can spare the time. Let’s go together”
Mason smiled and wanted to pat her hand, but Celeste suddenly reached for a glass of water.
Mason was momentarily taken aback, pulled back his hand, and murmured. “Thanks”
Liam watched this scene, a small smile playing on his lips.
Everyone was boozing and chatting only Trisha kept a hawk eye on them, afraid they’d do something out of line, ready to spill the beans for her friend at any time
Although it was the newlyweds game session, it was still held at the hotel since the honeymoon suite was quite a hike away, and everyone had been drinking. It was more convenient to play here.
There were two games in total. One was Truth or Dare, the rule of which was if you lost, you had to answer everyone’s questions truthfully
Celeste thought, these newlyweds sure like to goof around, playing Truth or Dare on their wedding night. Weren’t they afraid of some personal questions affecting their relationship?

The room burst into laughter at this question.

Liam looked at him, “Is that the same question you asked?”
Nicolas wasn’t fazed even when his lie was exposed, he chuckled and said, “Isn’t it pretty much the same?”
Liam didn’t want to deal with this troublemaker, he tore off the question and calmly said. “After marriage.”
Everyone was dumbfounded!
Someone complained. “That’s too vague! After marriage? When after marriage, with who? Can you be more specific?”
