Celeste didn’t respond, and Steven continued, “I know the owner of Grandview Heights. He still has some houses for sale. If you’re interested. I can help you ask for a discount.”
Celeste replied, “Grandview Heights is nice, but I can’t afford it so I won’t consider it for now.”
Steven paused momentarily as if suspecting that Celeste was joking about being unable to afford it.
With Liam’s wealth, after the divorce, he would at least give Celeste a lot of money, and buying such a luxury house would be a piece of cake.
Celeste explained, “I didn’t ask for any property when I divorced, so my budget is limited. At least for now, I can’t afford Grandview Heights.”

About ten minutes later, Celeste came out with packed meal boxes.
She put one of the meals in the back seat and said, “This place has delicious food. I got a meal for Mr Garcia, too. Give it a try.”

He witnessed Celeste carrying several meals, getting into a Maybach.
