Nicolas quickly called back from the landline, “Tell your sister-in-law that I invited DuckAttack. There will be a big show tonight.”
Liam was a little angry, “How do you know about DuckAttack?”
“Ah? Your sister-in-law follows him on her short video account and likes his daily videos.”
Liam: “How do you know her short video account?”
Nicolas hesitated for a moment and guessed, “You don’t even know your wife’s short video account, do you?”
Liam had yet to download the short video app since Nicolas had helped him register when the app first became popular. After changing phones, he never downloaded the app again, let alone used it.
Liam replied, “I didn’t download it.”
Nicolas was shocked, with his mouth wide open.
He thought Celeste had always watched handsome guys online, and Liam didn’t care. He even thought Liam was very open-minded, not caring about his wife’s mental infidelity, but he didn’t know anything about it.
Nicolas thought about the content that Celeste had liked and coughed, “If I didn’t use the app much, I’d better not download it.”
Liam was angry for several days when Celeste gave Mason a pair of socks. If he saw the content Celeste liked, would he be so angry that he would die on the spot?
People are like this; the more they are told not to do something, the more they want to do it.
After hanging up, Liam quickly downloaded the short video app and found Celeste’s account through his contacts.
He opened her latest activity, and the title of her recently liked video was: Do you like cute puppies?
He thought: Doesn’t Celeste like cats? When did she become interested in dogs?
After watching the video, Liam was dumbfounded.
A man watching another man in the video calling “darling” in a pretentious voice, and another shirtless man with a collar around his neck, calling out, “Baby, I want to sleep with you” in a deep voice, was unacceptable to him.
What made him even angrier was that Celeste commented on the video, “I want both of you! Sit on my lap now!”
Liam was so angry that his mouth twitched and he angrily closed the video. Later, Liam couldn’t help but open the video again, report it, and complain.
He then immediately sent a text message to Celeste saying, “Don’t come back if you ever talk nonsense in front of other men again!”
After sending the message, Liam felt that it was a bit too harsh and wanted to withdraw it, but the design department suddenly knocked on the door and sent over the plan.
It was only after Liam finished his work that he remembered the text message. He picked up his phone and found that Celeste had already replied.
She replied with a gif of a middle finger.
Liam was speechless.
