She was about to get up, but Liam pulled her back.

Celeste frowned. Although she didn’t want to admit it, Liam did have a point.
She was worried that Trisha would be taken advantage of, but her perception of Nicolas wasn’t as clear as the people involved.

Celeste replied, “Not yet” She hesitated, then asked in a hushed voice, “Trisha, have you ever thought about living with Nicolas?”
“Um.” Nicolas nearly spat out the water he was drinking.
Trisha was a bit confused, “What did you say?”
“Liam claims that Nicolas wants to live with you. He suggested calling him over to stay with me and pushing you out to Nicolas’s. I didn’t agree Lwanted to check with you. Do you want to live with Nicolas?”
