‘Drake… be careful!” She shouted in surprise and ran towards Drake, just in time when the man pulled the trigger and the bullet flew towards Jane instead.
‘No!” Drake yelled, catching Jane down as the bullet pierced through her.
Watching the bullet pierced into Jane’s body, Drake’s heart stopped for a moment.
Jane felt a burst of pain, and then, she was hugged by a warm Drake. The severe pain in her chest made her mind dizzy and groggy, and sweet blood flowed down on her mouth.

She heard Drake’s worried and nervous voice. Jane narrowed her eyes slightly, and could barely see
