It took us about a year to have it all up and running with all the renovations of the place, I tried to hold the costs down the best I could, and everything I couldn’t fix the way I wanted right now I will have to fix later.
Both Liz and Heidi moved in and it didn’t take long until we run into some other girls in the same situation as us, I decided it was for the best that I used the apartment to help other girls and Liz and Heidi takes care of the ones we help and get them settled in.
I found a small house I fell in love with just on the outskirts of the city with the forest on two sides, I have missed being in the forest and running around with my wolf. Even if she never came back to me since that day I still feel her
presence from time to time and being close to the forest gives me some kind of peace.
I bought the place and fixed it up a bit and moved in with my son, I get some quiet time after the long days at work and if I want to stay a night with the others I can use one of the guest rooms but I hardly do it. I love sitting on my porch with a cup of coffee every time I get and listening to the silence, and I’m longing to come home to my little house after a long day at work.

almost three years so far. I have Heidi responsible for the kitchen while Liz handles the spa part we have and Frederic is taking care of the stylists, then they all report to me. I have made sure they get a good salary and a profit share from what the business generates, we run this together even if I’m the owner of the place.
I feel blessed to have them all in my life and we have become a tight family through the years, wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for them.
I’m everywhere in this place, I got an education in massage and take some clients each week besides handling
customers both in the spa reception and the restaurant but my main focus is handling the economy.
It was my main focus when I was in school to learn everything I could until that day I where supposed to take over the pack!
Now that didn’t happen for me but I have the best use of it when it comes to this business, I’m very good at it and make sure to never spend any money that’s not necessary. I have to have a good amount of money if something happens that I didn’t plan, can’t risk standing on the street because we went bankrupt.
“Aliza, when are you going to be done with the papers today? We need you out here!” Liz says from the doorway and I turn to look at the watch on the wall, didn’t think that much time had already passed. My son is about to come back from kindergarten in a few hours and I have a lot to do in the meantime.

“Give me a few minutes to wrap this up!” I tell her when I start to place my papers in the right folders and look at what needs to be ordered to the kitchen today.
“Alright!” She says and closes the door after her when she walks out.
We have been using several of Veras’s old recipes in the restaurant and it has made it popular, we are almost fully booked every week and we are holding down the number of tables to make sure we have a high standard on our business and do not get the restaurant to crowded.
Typing the last numbers inside the computer for the kitchen orders I send it and turn the computer off for the day, the rest will have to wait until tomorrow.
Getting up from my seat I head over to the door and get outside, I know there is a lot to be done and in this phase, we will have to hire more people again. It always feels like we are overrun with customers in every part and just handling the spa reception is full–time work.
“Is the phone turned on?” I ask Liz when I come out to the reception and hear it ring before I have reached it, I go my answer without her having to tell me.
She is quick to answer it and look for any time to offer the client, when I hear what the customer wants to have done I laugh to myself, I know how tired Liz is of it right now!
“Happy for the appointment!” I say to her when she hangs up the phone.

“Let me tell you! If we don’t get another one here that can wax then I’m quitting!” she says and throws her hand up in surrender. I can’t help but laugh at her.
“You know they all want you because you are the best!” I say and wink at her
“I’m so freaking tired of seeing another hairy vajayjay that I’m ready to clean the toilets instead!” she says and I can’t contain my laughter, she is the best at what she does and even I get waxed with her but there are days when she gets to wax customers from early hours and the whole day until she is done for the day. So I can understand her feelings about it.
“Or you can start taking clients again with wax!” she says when she walks past me and I shake my head at her, I did get to learn how to do it but hated all the mess it made and constantly feeling sticky on my hands so I never took any clients.
The phone keeps ringing and I pick it up to answer, it’s another client that wants an appointment with Liz and I try to find anywhere to offer an appointment but she is overbooked for weeks.
When I finally find a free spot I book her in and hang up the phone, we have to do something about this and I go through her calendar to see how far ahead she is fully booked. It takes me a moment and it’s clear to me that we

anything, I see two men come walking inside the restaurant and I get a feeling I have seen them before.
Shaking the feeling off me I head inside the kitchen and see her rushing around and another chef is doing the same, either they are having a panic moment or something has
gone wrong.
“What’s the matter?” I ask her when she stops and starts to
take down a bowl.
“We need to set up more tables, some customers are
supposed to have a meeting and right now they have called and need more seats!” Heidi says and it makes sense why
she is so stressed.
“I can fix the tables, but can you handle more dishes?” I ask her and are concerned they won’t have enough ingredients
for it.
“We are going through it right now and trying to prepare everything but we need some more steaks, I’m sure there are wolves coming to that meeting!” she says and I know I have to help her.
“Write down on a note what you need! I will get someone to the reception while I help you!” I say and turn around and walk out of the kitchen again.
Coming outside I see the men talking to the waiter by the reception desk in the restaurant, I turn my head away when I see one of them lift their head. I can’t place them but I know I have seen them before somewhere!
