Chapter 211
Zora’s POV
“I need to know, why will you exploit your son in such a horrible way, Amy?” Eloise questioned her, expressing her disgust for the ignorant
Luna.
“I can see your sense of adventure or desire to act as a vigilante, but engaging your son and putting his life at risk is excessive and irresponsible. You’re not a good mother. Such individuals as yourselves are a shame to parenthood.” When Eloise spoke, Amy was unable to respond. She kept quiet.
I had no sympathy for her. Her husband had ordered us to act as we liked after washing his hands of her.
She wouldn’t have a place to go even if she was able to escape the chaos. A worse fate for her was desertion.
Liam. who appeared well–kept in his new attire, was led in by Wilson.
He had been freed since the individuals who were threatening him were captured. Even if the period of freedom was brief, it was evident.
I was horrified to realize how busy I had been all day. This morning, Darius and I made the decision to be brutal, yet I continued to work at it. Although I was exhausted, I had to finish Amy’s session in order to obtain something concrete.
The boy gave me a respectful bow after looking at me and then turned to face his mother. His eyes had a sudden wrath that I realized could only be brought on by a loved one betraying him.
“Why am I here?” he questioned, not wanting to be present.

“She requested to meet you,” I explained to him calmly and he shrugged. He had teary eyes.
“I am unwilling to meet her,” he expressed his rage by saying that, so Amy started to cry.
“Liam….” she cried, but Liam hissed at her. After all, he was an Alpha, so it was anticipated.
“I hate you!” he screamed at his mother, so I had to admit, I was feeling it too. Despite appearing timid, that kid was powerful. His father must also be a powerful Alpha.
Wilson caressed his shoulder to calm him down since his order made Eloise feel uneasy and his attitude bothered me and everyone else, even Wilson. I made an effort to be aggressive and hide my unease, but I couldn’t help but feel it.
“You introduced me to those individuals. You support it. I hate you. They attempted to murder me. They framed me and made me a target. Elaine ran away as Moses placed a target on my back. If I hadn’t been detained. I probably would have been murdered by now.” I felt and saw his misery as he shouted at her.
Amy was sobbing as she realized that I had not lied to her, also that everything I had said was accurate.
“I had no idea they would act in that way. They assured me you won’t be active,” she stated, looking at her kid while in tears.
“Why did you include me in the first place? Mother, I first spoke to that bitch when I was fourteen. Who exposes their kid in such a way? You assisted them in using me as a pawn. I was mistaken in thinking that traveling to the West was my idea. You took advantage of me. Knowing that I yearned for companions, you took advantage of my desire to join your organization. I wish that they declare you guilty and rot,” he shouted at her while wiping away his tears.

“We’ll be forced into exile, as well as Father will lose his job as a result of your attitude. We’re going to be banished, even if they murder you. You destroyed us,” he spelled out the facts to her. Darius must have explained what was to come to the child.
Amy was unable to speak.
“I am going to get it right, I swear,” she vowed, in an effort to gain favor with her son, but that ship had gone.
“You can’t do it,” he told her, then turned to face me.
“I want to leave, Luna,” he remarked, so I nodded, allowing him to depart.
I was affected by his suffering, but I had to maintain my composure.
I shouldn’t have let my tears flow now. After we finished with Amy. I still had some to interrogate.
I saw her looking at me, while she was still crying. Her kid had left her alone and she deserved it. She was longingly staring at the door that he had entered.
“Your love must be terrible and twisted for you to act like that to your kid. It would have been terrible if they had murdered him,” I said to her.
I brought a chair over and took a seat next to her. Her eyes were watering and blurry. To get her to concentrate, I snapped my fingers. After meeting her son and learning what he had in mind about her, she must have withdrawn into her thoughts. Really, I had no sympathy for her. When she blinked, tears started to flow. She then turned to face me and bowed in submission.
“I want the truth, so please share whatever you know with me. If your story doesn’t check out, I’ll murdered you,” I informed her and emphasized to her the price of preserving her life. While looking at me, she nodded.
“I’ll tell you everything,” she spoke firmly and with sadness in her eyes.

I started the voice recorder on my phone to capture her words. I hoped to obtain something worthwhile that would result in action. She was the head of Luna of the North, so that had to mean something.
“I was hired five years ago. I am a member of the top core in the North. My responsibility is to keep an eye on the goings–on in the North and connect with the key players, my spouse is unaware of this.
The plan was to sow a few seeds of unrest, incite populist uprising and ignite a revolution.
When the king is crowned, they assured me that I will have a place on the council and that my son will serve as governor of the North. Everyone in the group is someone they believe will be a governor or council member when the monarch reigns.
Although Ramsey is the one organizing us, he is not the ruler.”
