Chapter 40 She Bumps Into Him
Isabelle used her phone to browse entertainment news about Sue. She said, “Glenda, let’s go to the second floor. Pull some strings to get us a box.”
Glenda immediately went to the manager of the club. No boxes were available without a reservation, so she had to pay some money to use a box for an hour.
She wondered, “Why does Bella want a box?”
Isabelle said calmly, “An hour is enough.”
She sat down and sent a text using a proxy number.
Within six minutes, the sound of high heels rang out outside the door. Sue, who had claimed that she was busy, pushed the door and rushed in with a smile. She said, “Tonya, is Director Rose here yet…”
Sue’s face froze for an instant.
Isabelle felt that if she were Sue, she would have reacted the same.

Sue leaned against the wall, no longer willing to fake that smile. She glanced at Isabelle, a little disgusted. “Why do you think? You’re too smart not to know, Isabelle. You standing next to me now embarrasses me. Do you know that? You no longer deserve it.”
“Sue, why are you like this now?” Glenda shouted angrily.

Sue froze and then sneered, “What did I do? You have no proof.”

“How could she help me accomplish anything without Isabelle’s trust?” Tonya smiled and entered.

Isabelle froze when she heard his voice. Then she saw the long–legged man coming towards her. She pressed her lips tightly.
She thought, “Damn. Does it have to be so coincidental? How come he shows up at such a special moment?”
He was wearing a silver mask and looked cold. Black dress pants wrapped his perfect straight figure, giving him a strong and cool aura.
The manager shivered slightly when he saw the big boss.
He was about to greet his boss when the latter glanced at him.
