“Yeah, I did, but Mark didn’t. Speaking of which, I’m surprised too. I didn’t expect that my boss would love me so much. It’s been four years and he still doesn’t want to sign it.”
“You…you’re speaking nonsense. How could my son have feelings for a woman like you? If it wasn’t for your unscrupulous methods, you wouldn’t have entered the Smith family’s door!”

“Five–minute rest.“, Mark said coldly, stood up and walked out of the conference room to answer the phone.
“Mae, do you need anything from me?“, Mark answered.
Mae held the phone. She did not expect that Mark would answer the call so quickly.
Rebecca’s expression froze, and Jennifer’s heart clenched tightly. Only she knew exactly what kind of relationship she had with Mark.
She didn’t want to be embarrassed in public, so she quickly stepped forward to stop Mark from speaking, “Mae, it’s all a small matter. Mark is busy right now, so let’s not disturb him?”
The corner of Jennifer’s mouth froze. She did not want to admit that when she heard Mark’s voice
just now, she could hear the gentleness and nervousness in the tone of his voice to Mae.
That indifferent, self–controlled, dignified, and arrogant man actually showed nervousness when he was talking to Mae. Why?
Jennifer was unwilling, but she could only maintain a forced smile on her face, not wanting to let Mae continue.
But Mae did not cooperate with her. She directly asked Mark on the other end of the phone, “I just wanted to ask you, when are you going to divorce me?”
