Chapter 52 Crawl Through
Meanwhile, on the other side…
Leones was strolling down the street.
He was just about to hail a taxi to go back to his villa.
Suddenly, he paused as he looked across the street at a flower shop.
A young and beautiful girl in a wheelchair was seeing a customer off.
“It’s her… Her legs are actually…”
Leones‘ gaze dimmed for a moment.
That accident from years ago caused one person’s death and seven injuries.
Aside from Veronica’s mother, who died on the spot, there were seven severely injured. individuals.
The young girl in the wheelchair at the flower shop across the street was also one of the victims from back then.
Leones sighed.
Though he wasn’t the true cause of the accident, many innocent people were still affected due to the conspiracy.
Leones remembered that the girl’s name was Ariella, roughly his age.
Back then, her legs suffered severe injuries, and he hadn’t expected her to end up disabled because of it.
Leones was just about to walk over and help treat the girl’s leg injury.
With Leones‘ medical skills nowadays, treating disabilities was a simple task.
However, halfway there, Leones suddenly stopped in his tracks.
“She probably doesn’t want to see me, right?”
Like Veronica, Leones was an unforgivable culprit in the eyes of the victims from that time.
Even if Leones genuinely wanted to treat her leg, she probably wouldn’t appreciate it.
“Well, forget it.” Leones shook his head with a wry smile. “I’ll come to treat her after the truth comes out in a few days.”
Just as Leones was about to leave….
Across the street, Ariella was also getting ready to close her shop for the day.
Over the years, due to her disability, finding a job had been challenging. With the help of friends, family, and kind–hearted people, she managed to open this flower shop and barely make a living, but she managed fairly well.
Suddenly, Ariella felt her wheelchair uncontrollably, starting to move backward.
Ariella exclaimed and held onto the wheelchair, nearly falling to the ground.
An ear–piercing laughter came from the side.
Ariella stopped the wheelchair and turned around, only to see a group of slightly tipsy guys playing pranks on her.
It was them who had pulled her wheelchair, causing it to be uncontrollable.
“So, beauty, you’re this flower shop’s owner?” Radley looked at Ariella with ill intentions, a mixture

of surprise and mockery in his eyes. “Indeed, a stunning beauty! It’s a pity you’re a cripple!”
“As long as she’s good–looking, has a nice figure, who cares if she’s crippled or not…” A few others chimed in jest.
Ariella was infuriated, ignoring these young troublemakers, and tried to slide her wheelchair to get back to her shop.
“Hey, beauty, don’t go.” Radley suddenly grabbed her wheelchair again, forcibly stopping her. “Do you have any time to join us for a drink?”
Ariella angrily retorted, “If you keep this up, I’ll call someone! Let go of my wheelchair!”
“Go ahead and call.” Radley shrugged indifferently. “We’re not really bothering you. We just want to have a drink with you. Is that against the law?”
“Help, someone!” Ariella shouted loudly for help.
Upon hearing her shouts, the shop owners rushed out to see what was happening.
“What are you looking at!?” Radley yelled aggressively, smashing the bottle in his hand on the ground. “Mind your own business, got it?”
The arrogant demeanor immediately frightened the surrounding business owners away.
Everyone was doing small businesses, minding their own business, honestly. Who dared to meddle?
“You really don’t know what’s good for you!” Radley regained his composure and glared at Ariella with menace, threatening, “Are you going to come with us for a drink or not?”
“I won’t go!” Ariella gritted her teeth stubbornly. “I’d rather die than go!”
“Fine! Looks like you don’t know how to appreciate a favor!”
As Radley spoke, he overturned Ariella’s wheelchair, causing her to fall to the ground.
Then he stepped forward, blocking the shop entrance, legs apart, and pointed to his crotch.
“You have to crawl through here, and we’ll leave immediately.
Otherwise, you can forget about getting up!”
Other young men joined in the teasing, saying, “Crawl through. Crawl through.”
They even intentionally pulled her wheelchair farther away, making her getting up difficult.
Ariella was on the ground, her legs weak, struggling to prop herself up with her hands.
She was humiliated by them. Tears of frustration welled up in her eyes.
“You jerks… My friend will be here soon… She’ll teach you a lesson…”
Radley, undaunted, responded, “Then hurry up and let your friend come! We’ll be waiting!
I’d like to see who can teach me a lesson.”
Just as Radley stood arrogantly with his hands on his hips, looking down on Ariella, bullying and taunting her…
Suddenly, there was a swift sound!
A small stone shot forward like a bullet, hitting Radley right in the crotch.
With a cry of agony, Radley clutched his crotch, legs tightly crossed, his face turning pale, collapsing little by little.
Seeing this, Ariella couldn’t help but feel both surprised and relieved. The skillful and decisive

move made her think her friend had arrived.
She was saved.
But when she turned her head to look, a stranger with a cold demeanor was slowly approaching.
That person gave her a feeling of both familiarity and unfamiliarity.
However, Ariella couldn’t recall who it was…
