Chapter 310 The Giant Python’s Reconnaissance Mission
At the base of the mountain, the echoes of the explosions were still reverberating through the air. But Leones and his crew stood far enough away, untouched by the mayhem.
In the eye of this explosive storm was the Giant Python.
This giant python swung its colossal tail back and forth, mopping up the path ahead like a mine detector on steroids.
Anything unlucky enough to be in its path was instantly flattened as if run over by a freight train. Occasional blasts still erupted, but their force was mostly swallowed by the earth. Despite the ruckus and rising dust, neither the python nor anyone in Leones‘ posse felt a thing. “Man, we lucked out having that Giant Python sweep the area,” Darius whispered, his heart. pounding in his chest. “If I’d stepped into this deathtrap, I’d be toast.”
“No surprise, it’s textbook ‘Tri–cannon.‘ Dude’s a master of minefields,” Chad remarked, his face a shade paler.
“Tri–cannon” Jett Zimmer was notorious for his martial arts skills and a knack for setting traps that rendered foes to ashes.
The nickname came from his signature moves, always accompanied by a deafening blast, indicating “Tri–cannon” Jett Zimmer was in action.
Earlier, while hiking up the mountain, Chad had recalled how “Tri–cannon” got his name and issued a warning to Leones.
Taking the hint, Leones had sent the Giant Python ahead. What met them was a thunderous minefield, sprawling for what seemed like miles.
“Amateur hour,” Leones scoffed, although he knew it was enough to seriously harm Darius and Chad.
“How’s Fairy going to fare with all these mines?” Marie expressed her concern for the Giant Python.
The python had borne the brunt of the explosions.
“No sweat,” Leones reassured her. “The Giant Python got skin as tough as a tank. These little fireworks? They’re more like a massage for it.”
Sure enough, the Giant Python navigated through the hazardous area with ease, even seeming to pick up speed, as if energized by the explosions.
Within the time it would take to brew a cup of coffee, the Giant Python had sanitized the entire explosive zone.
Just as they were about to move on, a familiar lackey, who had previously been given a good beating, came rushing toward them.
He thought he was going to find corpses to claim but was stunned to see Giant Python and the crew completely unscathed.
“Impossible! How?
“You guys…”
The lackey blanched, especially horrified by the python.
The Giant Python looked like a giant monster. He had never seen anything like this before!

“Did
you deliver the message we sent you with?” Leones spoke, “Is this how Jett Zimmer welcomes his guests? A little overkill, wouldn’t you say?”
“I… I…” The lackey stumbled over his words before turning tail, and sprinting up the mountain. “Mr. Zimmer, we’ve got a situation!
“The Undrago crew’s making another run for it!”
“What?!”
The chatter among Jett’s goons came to a dead stop.
Everyone fell silent.
“All that ruckus, and they’re still kicking?” Jett was flabbergasted. “Is the man bulletproof or something?”
“No, no! They’ve got this massive python! It cleared all your mines!” the lackey said.
“A Giant Python?”
As Jett and his crew pondered this, chaos erupted outside.
His men screamed, “Monster!” and scattered like leaves in the wind.
In a flash, the Giant Python’s head smashed through the grand entrance of the main hall. With a single swipe of its mammoth body, it obliterated the banquet setting, turning it into a scene of utter devastation.
