Celeste gently nudged Liam, “You heard him, get on it.”

Hiram paused, looked at Liam, his smile fading slightly. The deposit is a small matter. I want to ask, does Celeste get a commission for the business she brings you?”

Neither Hiram nor Celeste said anything.
