Celeste flipped open the file, and it was Bart’s info.

Celeste looked at his pre–surgery photo, her eyes widened in shock
“He looks like Jacques!”
Liam wasn’t surprised, he’d had a hunch before the investigation, and the investigation just confirmed it.
He asked, “And what’s your plan?”
Celeste snapped back, closed the file, “Let’s just wait for the pregnancy to get a bit further along, things will get more interesting. three months… we might not even need to wait that long, Helen will be more anxious than us.”
She’d already set Zachary up with Krista to pave the way for her own child, Jacques, she can’t possibly want another baby now, she doesn’t have the energy and she doesn’t want to blow her cover.
After all, according to the info, Zachary seemed pretty loyal to her.

Celeste turned to Owen, who immediately said, “They might not say it to your face, but they’ll gossip behind your back.”
Liam was silent.
Celeste couldn’t help but laugh, whispering, “I’ve got some men’s clothes at my place. Do you want to change it?”
