She was seething with anger and turned to the makeup artist, “What are you waiting for? Get on with it!”
The makeup artist had no choice but to swallow her anger and start on Naomi’s makeup.
Naomi was in a bad mood because of Celeste, so she kept nitpicking at the makeup artist
After the makeup was done, she complained that the eye makeup was asymmetrical and asked the makeup artist to redo it.
When the makeup artist finished again, she complained that the contouring was not good and made her face look flat.
She made the makeup artist repeat it five or six times until someone from the director’s team came to hurry her up. She then slowly stood up, gave Celeste a sidelong glance. She put on her coat, and walked out with her nose in the air
The makeup artist was so angry she was short of breath and her face was pale. Celeste felt somewhat guilty because she knew she was partly responsible.
But the makeup artist didn’t say anything unpleasant and still did her job diligently.
Celeste took the initiative to chat with the makeup artist, “What brands of eyeshadow do you usually use?”
The makeup artist didn’t really want to talk to her, “AC or some domestic brands.”
“So you must know a lot about makeup products.” Celeste said.
The makeup artist was somewhat impatient, this was like asking a chef if they knew their pots and pans. It was a no–brainer and the artist said, “It’s alright.”
“Do you know the makeup brand herseor? Is it good?” Celeste asked.
The makeup artist found her very annoying, but still answered, “Herseor is a top–tier makeup artist’s self–created beauty brand, not for sale to the public, only accepts private orders. When I was an apprentice, I saw it with a leading actress, the makeup effect was amazing, the most skin–friendly I’ve ever seen.”
“So it’s really good?” Celeste asked
“It’s not just good, it’s divine.” The makeup artist said.
Celeste sighed, “Such a pity.” She then took out an unopened box of herseor eyeshadow palette from her bag. “I’m not really good at makeup, this is a waste in my hands.”
The makeup artist was staring at the eyeshadow palette, “Where did you get this?”
“A friend gave it to me, but I’m not good at makeup,” Celeste paused, “I’ll give it to you. Good things should be in the hands of those who know how to use them to bring out their value”
The makeup artist was almost speechless, “This is for me?”
“I hope you can help me look even better.” Celeste said.

The makeup artist immediately forgot about their previous grievances and enthusiastically started Celeste’s makeup.
Celeste gave a slight smile.
