Since she had already said it and they were going to get divorced, Celeste didn’t see any reason to hold back.
“You’re very picky, and the maids cook according to your taste. A table full of dishes is all light with oil and with no meat, I’m not a vegetarian. Who can stand such a light diet?”
Liam’s mouth twitched, “Why didn’t you tell the maid what you wanted to eat?”
“You think I haven’t? But every time there’s a heavy dish, you frown and look very uncomfortable. The maid gets paid by you, why would she do something that makes you unhappy?”
The more Celeste talked, the more she felt that she had been very uncomfortable living with the Reed family over the past few years. Whether it was eating or living habits, she always had to accommodate Liam.
She remembered Liam’s preferences very well, but what about him? She dared say Liam doesn’t even know what she likes to eat.
“Mr. Reed, I sincerely suggest something to you.”
Liam looked at her, sensing that she was about to say something unpleasant.

Celeste finished the last piece of tomato, waved at him, “Mr. Reed, enjoy your meal, I’m going to bed.”
After that, she quickly ran upstairs.
Liam looked away and silently ate the food in his bowl.
Celeste was still worried about whether Liam would come back to the room at night and how they would sleep together.
Although there were more than one room in the house, no one lived in the other rooms, and they were not cleaned very often. Besides, those rooms were not as comfortable as the master bedroom.
She planned that if Liam came to the bedroom to sleep, she would drive him to the guest room.
However, after waiting for a long time, she never saw Liam come over. In the end, Celeste couldn’t help but fall asleep.
The next morning, Celeste was woken up by the ringtone of her cell phone.
She groggily found her phone and answered, “Hello?”
“Letti, I’ve arranged a lawyer for you. Are you free today? The lawyer says he wants to meet with you in person to discuss some details.” “So soon?” Celeste was surprised, “Is the best lawyer really that easy to book?”
“This lawyer is recommended by my friend, they were high school classmates. He graduated from Law school and studied abroad. He specializes in handling defamation cases. If it weren’t for the friend’s introduction, we wouldn’t be able to book him. He’s free today, so if you’re available, let’s set up a time to chat.”
Other than an event tonight that she had to attend with Liam, she didn’t have any other plans today.
Celeste said, “I’m free during the day.”
“Then I’ll ask him and call you back later.”
After hanging up, Celeste got out of bed and started packing.
When she went downstairs, she found that Liam hadn’t left yet and was eating breakfast.
When he saw Celeste, Liam’s expression froze for a moment.
She was wearing a floral strapless dress, her hair curled up, and she looked radiant. She did wear jewelries, and when she came closer, he could smell the faint scent of perfume on her.
Liam glanced at her and said, “So, you regret suggesting the divorce and want to try and seduce me in a different way.
