The doctor comforted, “Don’t worry too much. Although you have some symptoms of premature aging, it’s been detected in time. Just take good care of your body and take your meds on time. It won’t necessarily affect your fertility. I’ve had many patients with premature ovarian failure before, who successfully got pregnant after treatment. You’re younger than them, so you still have a chance.”
Celeste didn’t catch what the doctor said. All she could think about was “infertility.”
The doctor asked her, “Are you sure you haven’t been taking any medication long–term? I found some drug components in your blood test.”
Celeste was about to shake her head when she suddenly remembered the medicine she had been taking.
Her expression changed slightly, and she whispered, “I have been taking some medicine, which was said to help with getting pregnant, but I stopped it in the past half month. Could the drug components found in my blood have anything to do with that?”
“I’m not quite sure. Do you still have those meds? Bring them to me, and I’ll see what’s in them,” the doctor printed out the prescription and signed
his name. “I think your premature ovarian failure might be related to the medication you’re taking. After all, drugs have side effects, and you didn’t have any problems in the first place. Taking them for such a long time might cause issues.”
Celeste’s heart became heavy.
A guess emerged in her mind.
Skyler was very dissatisfied with her. Why would he be eager for her to get pregnant?
She said it was because Sienna Reed really wanted a grandson, so she wanted Celeste to get pregnant as soon as possible.
If that was the case, why didn’t Wesley Reed get married?
Did she want her to get pregnant?
After leaving the doctor’s office, Celeste immediately called the housekeeper and asked her to bring the medicine Kaylee had given her to the hospital.
Although many of the bottles were broken, a few were still intact. Amelia thought it was a gift from Skyler, so she kept it.
Amelia responded quickly and brought the medicine to the hospital in about 20 minutes.
Celeste waited downstairs at the hospital, and after getting the medicine, she went straight upstairs to ask the doctor to examine it.
The doctor who examined Celeste took the medicine and asked two other doctors to help identify the ingredients.
Trisha returned to the ward without seeing Celeste and called her.

An older doctor asked, “Which doctor prescribed this for you?”
