Ramona comforted her, “The old lady gave you such an important task because she values you. If she were mad at you, she wouldn’t even let you in the door when you brought those food.”
Celeste pouted, thinking that the old lady only gave her the job because she didn’t want to offend her daughters–in–law.
However, since it had already happened, she could only try her best to make the birthday banquet go well..
“Ramona, tell me how grandma’s birthday banquets were held in the past.”
Ramona looked at her in surprise.
