Celeste refused.

Carer Elaine, as per Celeste’s instructions, had played every opera recording. Caitlyn showed no response, but her heart rate fluctuated when she heard a few cassettes.
Elaine played those cassettes repeatedly, but alas, Caitlyn’s reaction remained the same.
Celeste was not disappointed after hearing this, because recovering from a vegetative state was very unlikely anyway. Miracles don’t happen easily. She looked through the cassettes that Elaine picked out and found no common thread, neither related songs nor the same composer.
Just then, Elaine asked, “Celeste, can you help me download this app? My son needs me to register and send him a screenshot, but it keeps failing” Celeste responded, “Let me take a look.”
Realizing the issue, she informed Elaine, “Your phone storage is full, so it can’t download. Delete some unused stuff, and it should work.”

As she cleared phone storage, Elaine accidentally knocked the cassettes onto the floor.
Elaine moved to gather them up, but Celeste intervened. She had noticed that each marked cassette bore a unique number.
Celeste picked them up, checked the rest, and confirmed that only these cassettes had numbers. This couldn’t be a coincidence After some thought, she snapped a photo of the cassettes, wiped the numbers off, and put them back away.
At Pinecrest Manor, Martha found Liam on the couch late at night.
Liam asked if Celeste was back yet.
Martha offered to call her, but Liam simply said, “No need
“So why don’t you head upstairs and rest? The living room is too chilly at night, don’t catch a cold
