Trisha ran off to find some while Mason kept an eye on Celeste, who was still shock, her eyes fixated on the blood at the back of the man’s head.
“Don’t worry, he won’t die” Mason reassured her.
Collecting herself, Celeste nodded.
Trisha returned with shoelaces and bed sheets, and they tied the man up securely.
The police arrived just in time.
The man who’d been knocked out had regained consciousness and began cursing. As he was being taken away, he glared at Celeste, Tll remember you!”

The abusive man was taken away by the police, and the unconscious woman was rushed to the hospital. As witnesses, they had to accompany the police to the station to give their statements.
