Liam pulled his gaze back, stating calmly, “The baby’s okay for now, but there’s a risk of miscarriage at any moment because she took some medication. The doctors are doing their best to protect the baby.”
Shawn asked in surprise, “Medication? What kind?”

She was afraid of the surveillance footage, afraid of doing blood tests, and she pushed Lucilla down the stairs while pregnant. All these suggested that Helen wanted to kill the baby
