“What’s up?” Liam asked.
Celeste glanced at him. “The paternity test in your drawer, is it real?
Liam paused, “You saw that?”
Celeste glared at him, “You left the charger there on purpose so I’d find it, didn’t you?”
Who would put their charger in such a hidden place after using it?
Liam chuckled, “I just didn’t know how to bring it up with you.”
He didn’t agree with the Garcia family’s approach at all.
They didn’t give Letti any information and just directly asked her to take the test. No matter how strong her resilience was, hearing such news would still be a shock.
If it weren’t for the recent events that involved Sydney, he would have done this sooner, but he was worried that it would put more

He thought Celeste would struggle internally for a few days before asking him about it, but she came to him directly instead.

She would then show her pictures from when she was one or two years old, and she did look a bit like Caitlyn. So she believed it.
But the features of a baby were vague. Once the bones were fully developed, the contours of the face became clear.
The seed of doubt never disappeared from her mind. When she found out that Shawn was not her biological father, she suddenly felt relieved. She thought she looked like her biological father.

Liam knew she was referring to Caitlyn.
Caitlyn had passed away, so how much she knew about this was now unknown. However, Caitlyn had kept many of Celeste’s medical reports. She must have known that Celeste’s blood type was dramatically different from hers and her husband’s.
Liam paused, “I don’t know if she knew. Steven is still investigating. But her love for you was never fake.”
