Celeste immediately turned off her phone, cut a piece of bread for Liam, “My bad”

After breakfast. Liam asked about the task at hand, “When do we start?”

Liam smiled. “Higher than your current film salary by a lot.”
Celeste leaned in with a smile. “Mr. Reed, do you need another assistant? How do you think I would do?”
Liam looked at her. “I do need a personal assistant, interested?”
“Same salary as Owen?”
Liam smiled, “Higher than Owen.”
Celestes eyes lit up. “Is the job hard? Can I do it part–time?”
“It’s not hard at all, you can do it part–time, and the job is pretty relaxing”
Celeste was all ears. “What exactly does the job entail?”
Liam looked at her greedy expression, leaned close to her ear, his voice low, “Eat with me, chat with me, sleep with salary, how does that sound?”
Celeste rolled her eyes.
“Is this sleeping decent?”
Liam glanced at her, “if it’s decent, a million dollar annual salary”
Celeste continued her doubts. “And if it’s not?”

Celeste said discontentedly. “Why is the shady deal less?”
