Sydney dialed the number, the call went straight to voice mail, so she left her name, and hung up. She called again and the call went through almost immediately
The other side was as quiet as a graveyard, not even a breath to be heard.
Sydney felt a knot in her stomach. She held her phone up and tentatively said, “Hello?”

The person on the other end snorted, “Hiding a marriage history is hardly a serious issue. Which actor has been boycotted for hiding a marriage history?”
Frustrated, Sydney snapped. Then what do we do?”
The other person paused for a moment before speaking, “That’s something you should be asking yourself. How do you get her to be boycotted by everyone? isn’t that what you’re best at?”
Sydney frowned, “If I could do it, why would I be asking you?“,
The person on the other end sneered. Think about it. How did you deal with your rivals before?”
