Chapter 141
After eating KFC with Zachary, Jane took him home thinking about letting him and Zane spend more time together.
Michelle had been secretly following Jane and Zachary. When she saw Jane bringing Zachary home, she became bitter even more.
She then took out her phone and sent a message to Courtney, saying that a strange woman had abducted Zachary.

“Why are you here?” Courtney looked at Jane who was in the door with a puzzled expression.

“What’s wrong, Madam?” Jane also asked.
Jane could not say the word “mother–in–law“.
“Where’s Zachary?” Seeing that the person in the room was Jane, Courtney’s original thought of being a little closer became indifference in an instant.
Hearing that Courtney had come to look for Zachary, Jane immediately said, “Zac is inside, I’ll call
him out.”
Jane does not intend to invite Courtney in. She’s just joking. Zoe and Zane were still at home. If they were seen by Courtney, they would be exposed.
Just as Jane turned around, Courtney stopped her.
“Wait, don’t rush to call Zachary. I just have something to tell you.” Courtney said.

In the living room, Courtney glanced around, and her cold gaze fell on Jane.
“Miss Bentley, you seemed to not take what I’ve said sincerely. What’s between you and Drake has been going on for so long, can’t you handle it well?”
Jane disliked what she heard from Courtney that her expression became indifferent and said, “Madam, you should go and talk to Drake about this instead.”
“Do you mean that Drake is pestering you?” Courtney’s eyes narrowed slightly.
“I’ve mentioned the divorce to Mr. Warner many times but he doesn’t agree. There’s nothing I can do about it.” Jane said lightly.
Michelle learned through the conversation between the two of them that the identity of Jane was Drake’s never–seen–before wife.
Hearing Jane’s words, she immediately retorted, “You are talking nonsense. How could Drake pester you? You still wanted him so you’re just giving a poor excuse.”
Jane’s cold eyes fell on Michelle.
This woman was not a good person. She had been disliked at Courtney’s birthday banquet for
various reasons.
Since Jane was too lazy to explain to them, she took out her phone, dialed Drake’s number, and turned on the speaker of her phone.
After a while, the call was connected. Before Drake could speak, Jane spoke immediately.
“Drake, when are we going to divorce?”
“I already told you. Don’t even think about the divorce.” Drake was overjoyed when he received a call
from Jane.
After hearing Jane’s words, his mood sank again and directly rejected Jane’s proposal for a divorce.
Jane raised her eyebrows and looked at Courtney and Michelle. She shrugged and said that she really wanted to divorce and the one who did not want it was Drake.
After hanging up, Jane said indifferently, “You guys have heard it too. I’m not the one who doesn’t want to get a divorce.”
Courtney’s expression was not good, let alone Michelle’s.
After a moment of silence, Courtney said, “I’ll go talk to Drake and you just need to get ready to divorce him.”
“Since you have no intention of being the daughter–in–law of the Warner Family, you shouldn’t have entered the Warner Group by any means in the first place. It’s not good for anyone if you make it so unclear.”
Courtney’s words were quite euphemistic, not so bad. Jane also knew that she had made the wrong choice.
“I apologize for the consequence of my actions. Don’t worry, as long as Mr. Warner agrees, I can sign the divorce agreement at any time.” Jane said lightly.
Hearing this, Courtney’s expression softened and she nodded.

“Aunt Courtney, why are you talking to her? She’s not worthy of Drake. It’s already a privilege for her to be Mrs. Warner for so many years. The Bentley family is not that rich. They can’t compare with an upper–class family like ours. Besides, I heard that she studied in Germany, and the school is not very famous. Her status and education makes her even more unsuitable for Drake.”
Courtney did not stop Michelle from speaking out because in her opinion, all that Michelle has said are indeed the truth.
Seeing that Courtney did not refute, Michelle said more and more and directly said that Jane’s words were useless.
