In the ward Jane waited anxiously looking at the handsome face on the hospital bed.

“You are awake? How are you feeling?”
“Mmm.” Drake replied softly and did not say anything else. The atmosphere was quiet and terrifying.
“By the way, are you hungry? I’ve stewed chicken soup for you in the kitchen. It’s always hot. I’ll go and get it for you.”
Without waiting for his reply she went straight to the kitchen and came in with a bowl of chicken soup.
“It’s still hot, drink it while it’s hot.” Jane said softly.
However, after her words Drake just raised his eyebrows and looked at her.
Only then did she realize that he had injured his hand and could not drink it by himself.
“I’ll feed you.” Jane said nervously.

After that the two people in the ward fell silent. Jane really didn’t know what to say.
When the car accident happened Drake protected her. She was not hurt at all. Logically she should be grateful to him for saving her life.

“It was Daniel who hit us with his car. What did you think about this?”
When the car accident happened Jane did not call the police instead she hurriedly sent Drake to the hospital.

“I didn’t even think about calling the police, the car is broken but it can be repair, you’re injured so we just to bring you to the hospital “Jane said softly.
“What about Daniel?” Drake asked.
“He should be outside.”
Jane remembered that Daniel had been tense after the car accident. After Drake was sent to the ward, he sat on a chair in the reception. Jane ask him to come inside but he is reluctant to come in.
“Tell him to come inside.” Drake said.
Hearing that Jane went outside and bring Daniel into the ward then she exited the ward.
When Daniel came out again he greeted Jane and left the hospital.
Jane returned to the ward again. She looked at Drake and asked in confusion
“Why did you let Daniel go? Doesn’t he have to stay to take care of you?
“It’s enough to have you here.“Drake said lightly.
Hearing this Jane felt that something was wrong. “But I still have to go back to take care of
the children.”
“The children won’t have any problem in the villa, I was injured while protecting you. Do you have the heart to leave me in the hospital alone?“Drake asked with an eyebrow raised.
Under such circumstances Daniel also left of course Jane couldn’t say she wanted to leave so she could only stay to take care of Drake.
When she walked to the sofa in the ward she was about to sit when she heard Drake’s low
voice.
“Come here!”
“What?” Jane looked at him warily.
“Come over and sleep with me.“Drake said bluntly.

When he heard the news he was stunned for a moment.
Humph, it seemed like he had really underestimated Drake. He had learned this skill so quickly.
