Looking at Liz, she takes a step back with her hands raised in the air.
“I won’t touch you!” she says and giggles when I’m puzzled by the growl I just heard.
“Did you just growl at me?” I say to her and try to calm my anger. She looks at me with a frown on her face, like she has no idea what I’m talking about.
“No, why would I growl at you?” she says and places her hands on her hips while looking questioning at me.
“I heard a growl right now and if it wasn’t you then who was it!” I say and place his hoodie back in the wash bin. I can’t walk around with it just to sniff on it.
“Well, I didn’t hear anything so you have to imagine it,” she says, but I know I heard it loud and clear.

“You are right, it might be it,” I say and try to shake it off me while I go through the clothes to find something we both can take on.
“I want this, can I have it?” Liz says and holds up a dress that looks comfortable. I’m not surprised when she often wears dresses that she would want to use one now.
“Go ahead!” I say and she takes it down from the hanger while I take some more comfortable clothes.
“I’ll go and look for a guest room to shower, hope there won’t be a problem with the fight that’s going on outside,” she says and simply walks right out of the room and leave me alone inside.
Looking at his hoodie from the wash bin I try to tell myself I shouldn’t wear it and walk right out of the room and head over to the bathroom instead.
Coming inside I take a shower quickly and get out to dry my body on a towel before I take on a pair of soft pants and a tank top before I head back out into his bedroom.
Walking past his closet, I try the hardest I can to resist going in there and getting his hoodie. But my legs move on their own free will until I find myself standing in his closet with his wash bin in front of me.

Sighing to myself I give in and pull it over my head and have to take a deep inhale on it. My body craves his scent and I can’t explain what feelings it stirs up.
His scent calms my senses and the smell makes my mouth water.
Starting to walk out of the room I open the door and come out into the hallway when I stop right in my track and look ahead.
Seeing Liz walk out of a guestroom our eyes meet and she raises an eyebrow at me questioning.
“What is it?” she asks me when I start to walk again over to where she is standing.
“My leg doesn’t hurt any longer!” I say in disbelief when I squat down to the floor just to test if it hurts anywhere, but nothing hurts when I try.
“You’re healing quickly! And you couldn’t resist his scent!” she says and giggle when I get back up and start to examine my ribs. It still stings when I touch some places but that’s all there’s left, how could this be?
“Yes, I know! Don’t you think it strange how fast I’m healing?” I ask her when we start to walk over to the kitchen.
“With how fast you recover we can try and find a way out of here by tonight!” she says right before we come to the kitchen and I see the woman from before in the kitchen.
“Yes, sounds good!” I say and try to keep it low while I give Liz a poke in her side to keep it down while others are around. She doesn’t say anything else and we walk over to the dining table and take a seat.
“Lunch is ready!” comes the maid’s voice before she comes over and places the food down in the middle of the table. It smells good and both of us dig in when we see her starting to clean up in the kitchen.
