Chapter 47A
Aliza pov
My eyes are fixated on the wall in front of me and whatever I do I can’t keep a straight thought. Taking my hands to my lips I sigh when my office door is opened and Heidi comes walking inside to me.
“Thinking about him again are we!” she says and chuckles when I sit back in my seat and turn my head toward her.
“No, just thinking about work!” I say and try to sound convincing even if we both know where my mind keeps taking me.
“Why don’t you call him and ask him out on a date!” she says and laughs while I roll my eyes at her.
“That will never happen!” I say and I have no wish to see him again, just think it’s odd he hasn’t tried to reach me since that day. Not even to ask about Noah.
“It has been four days and not a guard has been here! Whatever you did he got the memo and left you alone, just the way you want it!” Liz says from the door and I have to admit it’s exactly the way I want it.
These days without him here or anyone of his men intervening in my life is just what I wanted. I have been by my house two times and none of them have been in sight.

Either he gave up on having his men stalking me and getting his way or he is planning something different and will hit me with it once I’m unprepared.
“Or he is planning something different to get back at me with!” I say when I look between them both. I see them thinking for a long moment before Liz comes over and takes a seat in front of me.
“That could be the case! You never know what he is planning since he is an Alpha!” Liz says and I’m kind of worried about what he is up to, his silence is worse in a way than his trying to talk to me.
“Yes I know and it’s a scary thought!” I say and turn to look out the window for a brief moment.
“Well, I think we can move back to the house since he isn’t around any longer!” I say and turn to look at them.
“But not tonight! It’s Saturday and we have promised the boys to have a movie night!” Liz says and I remember it.
“Yes, I know and I have to make a trip home end empty my fridge, and get new groceries before we go back. I can go right after work if you start the movie night and I will join you as fast as I’m done with everything!” I say to them and a trip after work to the store and drive home will take me two hours at the tops. Just need to get my work done for today.
“That’s just fine by me and once the kitchen is closed I will go home and fix us something good. How about some wine as well?” Heidi says

and to me, it’s music in my ears. A movie night with good food and a glass of wine is just what I need.
“That will be perfect!” I say and give her a smile
“I’ll probably be done here about five and!” Heidi says and I will have to stay a bit longer with the economy before I can go for the weekend.
“You still haven’t heard from the pretty face with the big joystick?” I hear Frederic say when he pops his head inside the door.
Shaking my head no at him he sighs and looks dreamily at me.
“Well, that’s a shame! Could take it on me to wax every single one of them boys, miss the sexy bulky men standing inside here like our personal guards!” he says and looks at us
“You are alone on that wish!” I say when he starts laughing and waving at us.

Chapter 47B
“See you, girls on Monday! Now I’m off on a date!” he says and swirls around before he happily walks away like the whirlwind he is.
“I’m just waiting for my last customer that will be in here any minute, then I’m done for the day!” Liz says and I guess I will be the last person to leave today and I have no problem with it.
“I need to finish up and get the economy done before I go home today!” I say when Heidi turns toward the door and looks out.
“Liz, your customer is here!” She says when Liz turns her head around and gets up from her chair before she starts to walk out.
“Before I forget, can you take the money to the bank tonight? We have a lot of cash” Heidi says and I know we need to bank the money, it’s not good to have this amount of money we have in a drawer here if we have someone breaking in.
“I will fix it when I’m done and if it’s too late I’ll go right in the morning!” I say to her before she gives me a nod and walks out of my office.
She closes the door after her and I get back to my work that needs to get done and try to focus the best I can.
Several hours go by and I have done the most I need to fix before I’m starting with the economy.

“I’m done for the day and have cleaned all the rooms!” Liz says from the door when she stops and stands in the doorway. Looking over at her she is already dressed in her ordinary clothes and ready to go home.
“That’s good! I have a few hours more before I’m done!” I say and turn to look at the watch. It’s four now and I can probably be done and come back to the movie night by eight if the rest goes smoothly.
“I will hopefully make it back to eight! Tell Noah I’m coming as fast as I can!” I tell her when she places her bag on her shoulder.
“Don’t work too late and call me if there is any problem! I’m locking the door when I leave!” she says and grabs her keys from her pocket.
“Good, see you later!” I tell her when she turns around and leaves out
the door.
I hear her lock the front door and before I get back to my papers.
After about one hour Heidi came by and told me she would be leaving and she locks the restaurant door when she leaves.
Staying alone inside my office I get my last work done. I have no problem sitting inside here when everyone else has gone for the day and I actually prefer it because I can get more work done when I don’t have to be disturbed.
Turning off my computer I place my last papers away and take my mug
