the closet and she drops her hold on my arm and starts to go through my clothes. When I see her pull out a black dress, I know what she is up to, and that’s nothing I want to be a part of.
“Liz, no!” I say in response when she holds it in front of me and takes out a pair of black heels.
“Yes, it’s perfect!” she states when I grab it from her and place it back in the closet.
“No, I won’t be wearing that one to his work. It’s way too revealing everywhere and too overdressed.” I say in a determined voice to her. I’m not going to his office dressed in anything that revealing.
I see Liz sigh and shake her head in frustration before she takes out a black tight skirt and a white tight blouse and holds them up to me. It’s still revealing, but at least I’m going to feel dressed in this even if I’m showing off my curves.
“You are not going to give up here,” I ask her when she flashes me a big smile and just walks out of the closet with the clothes.

They talk about work when Liz comes walking up to the bathroom door and opens it.
“Some bills are missing, do you have any idea where they could be?” she asks me when I pull the skirt up and fix the blouse over. Trying to remember where they could be when it hits me.

She hands it over when I’m quick to answer Heidi.
“Yes, I took them with me to my house. They are safe in my office, and I will get some men over there when I talk to Darian in a few hours,” I tell her when I hear her curse on the other end.
