I can’t believe she left my pack grounds without telling me or bringing any guards. She is far from safe out there and it’s stupid of her to leave with the threat that’s out there!

Pinching the bridge of my nose to try and calm the rage I have in my body. I need her to be on my side, and help me here to keep her safe until I can get there!
“I’m sorry Heidi, but it’s important you help me and keep her safe until I can get over there. Is she still there?” I ask her in a calmer tone and wait for her to give me an answer. Since I understand she sneaked away with Liz she has been there about three hours already and that’s a long time she has been without protection.
“Now that’s better! I will go and see if she still is in her office if you just chill your temper!” she says in a calm voice and I hear her give out more orders in the kitchen before she starts to walk away from there.
It takes ages to listen to her give out orders on the way and it takes me everything to keep silent on my part and not anger her by yelling at her to quicken over there. I have this hunch she would only get more on the wrong side against me! She answers questions when I hear her knocking on a door before she walks inside.
“No, she is not in her office anymore!” she says and I feel a chill course through my body from her words. My wolf is pressing to come forward and run over there, but it will not be good if he does.
“She came there with Liz, have they both left to go back here?” I say with a small bit off hope that’s the case and nothing worse has happened.

“Can you go and check if her car is still there!” I say and wait for her to say something. There is a silence on the other end and she really wants me to say it,
