Zora
Everyone was elated by the news except for Darius. I could see he was happy, but he squeezed my hand gently.
“Thank you, doctor, but why is she ill? Eloise is pregnant, and she isn’t ill,” He said, and I could understand his reaction to the news.
“People experience pregnancy differently, but I will still take her blood sample to test for other things. If there is anything, she is already recovering from it.
