Chapter 81 Take Advantage Of Amy
When Isabelle saw that Warren hadn’t left yet, hope rose in her heart and her eyes brightened. She thought he was tough on the outside but soft–hearted. Despite being angry, he still cared about her.
Soon, she saw Warren giving Amy a considerate coat. It turned out that both of them were here.
He wasn’t worried about Isabelle, he was just taking care of Amy. Amy looked drenched, and he guessed he would take her to see a doctor.
Isabelle thought about herself being severely beaten, in excruciating pain, and not having a drop of water to drink. All of this was because she didn’t allow anyone to hire a caregiver for her.
Looking from where she stood, Warren almost embraced Amy.
She had never seen anyone treat their sister so intimately.
Isabelle’s gaze instantly turned cold.
She pushed the drip stand and slowly walked out.
Amy saw her and immediately warned Warren, while taking two steps back herself, distancing herself from him.
She acted in a way that she didn’t want Isabelle to misunderstand, but it seemed like she was intentionally hiding something.
Isabelle’s gaze swept over Amy and Warren. Suddenly, her hand trembled, and the cup smashed onto her foot, causing her to cry out in pain.
Warren immediately supported her, furrowing his brows and coldly admonishing, “Be careful!”
He picked up the cup and saw her dry lips, thinking to himself, “Is she thirsty and seeking his help?”
Isabelle looked at his irritable expression, which was completely different from when he had just helped Amy put on her coat.
The unhappiness in her heart surged out, and she immediately grabbed onto the shelf, coldly shaking off his hand.
Warren was suddenly displeased. He had given her an opportunity, yet she dared to be so indifferent towards him.
He really didn’t know what she was thinking.
He grabbed the shelf angrily and glared at her weak little face. “What do you mean, Isabelle?”
Isabelle said angrily, “I didn’t mean anything. I don’t want to delay you from dressing Amy.”
What is she saying? Warren’s face instantly darkened. “Don’t talk nonsense.”
Amy rushed over in a panic, trying to hide her grievances. She grabbed Warren and said, “Warren, calm down. Isabelle came out to see you, aren’t you happy? Isabelle…”
She turned to look at Isabelle, her eyes filled with tears, and explained in distress, “I was soaked, and Warren lent me his coat. He told me to leave. Nothing happened between us. Isabelle, please don’t
misunderstand me…”
Isabelle squinted at Amy, she had never liked Amy, and today she
particularly despised her. Amy had been clinging onto Warren’s wrist
since she appeared earlier, deliberately provoking him in the ward, and now she was pretending to be weak. Isabelle noticed that Amy had developed an unusual affection for Warren.
She sneered, “Ms. Watson, I didn’t misunderstand. You don’t need to emphasize to me that he put his clothes on you, I don’t care.”
Isabelle admitted that she had lost control. She knew she shouldn’t have said that, but she was feeling so frustrated. Warren didn’t care about her at all, he actually left her in the hospital room to take care of another woman. Thinking about how she couldn’t move an inch in the hospital room just now, she couldn’t help but burst into tears.
Isabelle’s words once again angered Warren. Every time they argued, Isabelle would distance herself from him, just like she is doing now.
Warren sneered and scolded Amy, “You didn’t need to explain to her. Did she appreciate it when you hired a lawyer for her? She doesn’t care about how you and I are. Besides, this is my business, it has nothing to do with her.”
Amy wanted to say something anxiously, but a fleeting smile appeared on her face.
“Isabelle, you really don’t know how to appreciate it.” Warren regretted not leaving directly and waiting for her in the hallway for so long. He even thought that as long as she didn’t treat him so coldly, he wouldn’t mind her and Brandon’s affair. She was the one who stayed with her ex–boyfriend and mistook him for her savior. And she dared to blame Warren for not saving her, misunderstanding him and Amy?”
“Since you don’t care, I took Amy home.”
“Warren, you couldn’t leave Isabelle alone in the hospital,” Amy advised.
Warren couldn’t control himself anymore. He angrily grabbed Amy and

left.
Isabelle stood still, despairingly clutching onto the IV stand. Seeing him tightly holding Amy’s wrist and leaving, Isabelle felt a chill run through her body.
After a while, she wearily closed her eyes and tears silently fell.
“The nurse…” she choked out, feeling a dull ache in her stomach, making her want to cry even more.
The nurse hurried over to support her and glanced at the backs of Warren and the woman, roughly guessing their relationship. “Is that man your husband? Why are you so stubborn? He has been standing there for a long time without saying anything to that woman, as if he is waiting for you to come out.”
Isabelle felt dizzy and couldn’t hear a word the nurse was saying. With red eyes, she returned to the ward and wearily lay down on the bed.
Outside the hospital, it started pouring heavily.
Amy was dragged into the car by Warren, feeling secretly delighted.
The enraged man was awakened by the cold rain, and immediately let go of Amy’s hand. With lowered eyes, Warren said wearily and coldly, “Amy, go back on your own.”
Amy’s expression changed. Didn’t he just say he would walk her home? It turns out that was just her angry words towards Isabelle.
He was taking advantage of her.
Warren felt a bit apologetic, “I will call a car for you.”
Amy felt conflicted, but it was her choice and she couldn’t regret it. She vowed to never let Isabelle off easily in the future.

She raised her eyes and said obediently, “It’s okay, Warren. I just have a slight cold. I can go back by myself.”
She had a pitiful expression on her face.
Warren didn’t pay any attention to what she was saying. He kept staring gloomily at the second–floor ward.
Amy clenched her fist and slowly got into her car.
She didn’t smile until the car left the hospital. She was satisfied with what happened tonight. Her kind gestures definitely left a deep impression on Warren. Their relationship with Isabelle had just begun, but it was already being strained and it would only become more difficult to tolerate being with her. It would probably be difficult for them to reconcile this time.
Amy thought viciously, “The only regret is that Isabelle didn’t have an abortion.”
She called Tonya and said, “You idiot! Who did you find to deal with Isabelle? Isabelle’s child is fine…”
Outside the hospital, Warren sat in the car, smoking one cigarette after another. His profile looked handsome and aloof in the shadows.
Warren coldly made a phone call to summon a nurse to take care of Isabelle in her hospital room. Nevertheless, she was still pregnant.
He suddenly remembered Brandon saying he would help Isabelle find Glenda. Glenda indeed didn’t show up tonight. Warren thought for a moment and made a phone call to Marin, “Go find out where Glenda
is.”
Confused, Marin, who had just returned from out of town, listened to Warren’s instructions and noticed that he was not in the right mood. She asked, “Warren, what’s wrong with you?”

Warren hung up the phone directly.
Marin was helpless.
Warren gave a self–deprecating smile and continued smoking. He didn’t know why he still had to help Isabelle, as she only made him
angry.
Warren fell into contemplation, did he really understand Isabelle? How she conducted business, how she treated other men? What was her personality like? With an inexplicable impulse, he disregarded others‘ objections and kept her by his side, even considering a long–term commitment with her… But all she gave him in return was distrust, and the possibility of her betraying him for the SJ Group!
Was it worth it to give so much for her? Warren asked himself calmly when he made the decision at Hot Spring Villa.
Warren’s car raced in the pouring rain, displaying its owner’s terrible mood.
