On the other end of the phone, Julia and Tonya were anxious. After the thugs left, they finally managed to make their way back to the Spencer’s house from the remote warehouse. It was then that Julia finally realized they had been deceived.
Julia hesitated and said, “Ms. Watson, last night someone kidnapped us and they claimed that they were sent by you. In my anger, I accidentally revealed that you were involved in Isabelle’s arrest at the police station. But later, those kidnappers said they were not sent by you. “Did you hear? You still keep in shape, deliberately not eating too much,” Warren scolded discontentedly.
Isabelle was speechless, suspecting that there was something wrong with her eyes. She ate a lot, but just couldn’t gain weight.
She was too lazy to argue with him.
“Mrs. Levine, you should have been able to feel slight fetal- movements,” the female doctor said as she pressed on Isabelle’s belly.

After the ultrasound was finished, Warren helped Isabelle up and asked her to wait outside for the report.
Isabelle obediently went out and saw that the inspection room door was closed.
In the examination room, Warren changed his casual attitude from earlier and his gaze became deep. He stared intently at the ultrasound images of two little ones on the computer screen.

Warren frowned.
Isabelle was pregnant with twins, and it was detected during the two- month prenatal check–up.
But Warren agreed to marry her, although he was initially cautious. He was worried that she might want to take away a child after it was born. Additionally, he had to be wary of the Levine family.
So, he constantly lied to her, making her believe that she was carrying a single baby.
Now, Warren and Isabelle had real feelings for each other. He didn’t know how to tell the truth.
“Never mind. When the child is born, we can consider the extra one as a surprise gift for her,” Warren smirked, his voice deep. The female doctor understood his meaning.
She handed a single fetus ultrasound report to Isabelle.
Isabelle looked closely at the report. The child was still very young, and she couldn’t tell if it resembled her or Warren.
She put the note into her pocket. At that moment, Glenda sent a text message. “Julia and Tonya called Amy’s assistant.”
Glenda had been monitoring Julia and Tonya.
Isabelle pursed her lips. That meant Amy knew about Tonya being kidnapped late at night.
She replied to Glenda, “You came to the hospital and started acting.”

Warren spent a week in the hospital and immediately returned to the company after being discharged. He frowned and looked at Isabelle. “Once you finish your prenatal check–up, go home.”
“I have a few things to do, but I’ll come back as soon as I’m done. Come back early tonight, Warren. I have something to tell you.”
Warren didn’t think much. He had a meeting to attend in the afternoon.
After he left, Isabelle calmly packed up his things. Glenda walked in and handed Isabelle a laptop bag and some documents.
They walked out of the ward together. Glenda looked around and said in a soft voice, “Donsborough Prison is a bit far. Do you want me to accompany you?”
“Weren’t you busy with work? No need.”
Speaking, they walked into the elevator and went downstairs. Isabelle drove to Donsborough Prison.
A person hiding in the dark suddenly appeared and quickly made a phone call. “Ms. Watson, Glenda gave Isabelle a laptop bag and some documents. Those are probably the evidence they have. Now Isabelle is going to prison, she should be going to meet the families of the migrant workers…”
